So this is the first month after i decided to quit my day job and focus on building my own company, DailySocial. For the first time in my life, I have the power to manage my own work time and it's been a blast. I realize something, that I'm NOT GOOD AT MANAGING MY OWN TIME. For example this week, I leave early in the morning and come home at almost midnight only to do the same thing the next day.

This is NOT what i want. I mean, i love hanging out with entrepreneurs and investors and all that. It's just that I have to manage my time better so i can still have my social life with my family, my friends, my girlfriend, my bike and my guitar. So far, my guitar hadn't been touched for a long time, the true casualty and victim of the mis-management.

Beside that sad story of how i mis-managed my own time, running your own company is not as easy as i thought it would be. I started a few companies since college, but none of them survived except for DailySocial. And so far it's been a roller coaster ride, combination of fear, optimism, hesitation and exhaustion. Enjoying every second of it!

    Lunch next week anyone? ;-)
